SweatFIT is a mix of cardio and strength training. This high intensity class, mixed with strength training will help you gain muscle, build strength and aid in creating a healthier lifestyle. We will mix conditioning equipment, dumbbells, barbells and sled work to build a full body program that’s right for you.

HEROBOARD PILATES™ is a performance-driven, low-impact training method designed to build strength, control, and muscular endurance through intentional movement.
The method centers around the HEROBOARD™, a compact wheeled training platform that challenges stability, balance, and precision throughout every exercise. Because the board moves with the body, participants must continuously engage their core and stabilizing muscles to maintain control.
Each class blends principles from Pilates, sculpt training, and time-under-tension strength work to create a full-body workout that develops deep core strength, improves balance, and builds muscular endurance while remaining joint-friendly.
The result is a challenging, efficient training experience that emphasizes control, precision, and sustained muscle engagement.

FriendFIT is a mix of cardio and strength training with a partner (or 2). This high intensity class, mixed with strength training will help you gain muscle, build strength and aid in creating a healthier lifestyle. We will mix conditioning equipment, dumbbells, barbells and sled work to build a full body program that’s right for you.

FlexFit is a type of exercise that improves muscular fitness through the use of resistance to the muscle. FlexFit if it involves a medium- to high-level effort and if it works major muscle groups of the body. This class will have no cardio or condition pieces.

Circuit classes mix cardio, strength and core movements in a 1HR class. You will rotate through stations that will maximize endurance and build strength.

This 30min class will work your abdominal muscles as well as hip/pelvic, spinal muscles, and much more. Building your core will help build and strength the rest of your body.

Focusing on coordination, fundamentals and fun. This 30min class is great for your little ones.

1x1 PERSONAL TRAINING (in house):
We know that all clients are different, we want to build a training plan that will work for you, with your schedule on your time. Sessions vary from 1-3x's per week and offer a wide range of varied functional movement, skill and fundamental development. These are one on one sessions, with state of the art equipment and 12+ years of fitness coaching experience.

Tight schedule? No problem! We will create and develop a plan that works for you on your time. The only thing you need is a positive mindset and willingness to trust the program. The program is 3-5x’s per week, with a mix of cardio, strength and built in rest days. -
